Job
description
As a Customer Advisor in our Voice Process, you
will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will
be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving
queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves
effective communication, problem-solving, and a dedication to exceeding
customer expectations.
As a Customer Advisor in both the International
and India Line of Business (LOB), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional
customer service to clients across diverse geographical regions.
Role
& Responsibilities
Customer
Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
and courteously. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance
and resolving queries. Conduct customer interactions with a focus on building
positive relationships.
Cross-Cultural
Communication: Navigate and
understand cultural nuances when dealing with international and domestic
customers. Adapt communication style to effectively engage with customers from
different regions.
Issue
Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs to provide
accurate and timely solutions. Ensure effective and efficient resolution of
customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product
and Service Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and
offerings. Provide information and educate customers about the features and
benefits of products and services.
Documentation
and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer
interactions. Prepare reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and issue
resolutions.
Team
Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments
to address complex customer concerns. Share insights and best practices to
contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Performance
Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set
for the International and India LOB. Strive for continuous improvement in
individual and team performance.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance
standards. Ensure that customer interactions comply with relevant regulations
and guidelines.
