Job Description
Role & Responsibility
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients based on provided leads or lists.
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Follow scripts and guidelines for effective communication and sales pitches.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call strategies and improve performance.
